Quality Defender’s
inspectors verify the products’ constructional integrity and safety
with visual inspection and testing on site at your suppliers’
factories.
Quality Defender strives to facilitate the security of your supply chain by verifying the quality of juvenile products, including toys, games, highchairs, portable hook-on chairs, infant carriers, baby strollers, prams, pushchairs, carriages, wheeled child conveyances, baby walkers, stationary activity centers, bouncers, swings, baby changing tables, baby bottles, rattles, dummies, pacifiers, gates, enclosures and play yards.
We always recommend our customers to only work with the suppliers who have a mature quality assurance system for manufacturing the toys and juvenile products. When a Supplier Assessment Audit is required, we will thoroughly investigate the supplier’s manufacturing ability and quality assurance system to make sure our customers are choosing the right suppliers they can rely them on.
We offer testing witness services for your products being tested in a qualified third party laboratory for material testing including lead content in surface coatings (16 CFR 1303) and in substrates, including phthalates (DBP, DEHP, DINP, BBP, DNOP, DIDP), ASTM F1313 Volatile N-Nitrosamines (for rubber nipples), DEHP-ASTM D3421, and other heavy metals, as well as witness services for toxicity assessment testing.
We provide consulting services to get your products tested in a qualified third party lab to ensure your products are compliant with Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulations, GB, EU Toy Directive, and to Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association (JPMA) accreditation.
